Shipping

All Voyager Bag Works products are hand made. Most orders will ship within 3 business days, but some orders may take up to 14 days to make and ship.

Currently I only ship within the United States. All orders ship using USPS first class, USPS ground advantage, or UPS ground. Upgrades to USPS Priority are available for quicker delivery.

If you are outside of the US, feel free to email me at isaac@voyagerbagworks.com and I would be happy to quote shipping for you.

Returns / Exchanges

If you bought a bag and it’s not quite working for you, it may be exchanged or returned up to 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund less shipping. For orders made after Thanksgiving, returns will be accepted through January 10th.

Refunds will only be made if the bag is in perfect condition - it must be clean, unused, and free of odor. If the item/s returned are not in acceptable condition, they will be returned immediately to the original shipping address.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send an email with your details and order number to isaac@voyagerbagworks.com and I’ll get back to you in 1-2 business days with instructions on how to ship the product back.

Returns will not be accepted for custom bags, or clearance items.

I respect your privacy. I will never share or sell your information.

If you join my mailing list I promise to not spam your inbox. I will only use your email for the purpose of sending occasional updates on new products, promotions, and events. If you decide you don’t want to receive the emails anymore, it's easy to unsubscribe. There are instructions included with every email.
